Frequently Asked Questions
Connect with a licensed healthcare provider from the comfort of your home through XPediCare. Whether you need treatment for a common illness, a prescription, or medical guidance, telehealth makes it easy to receive quality care quickly and conveniently.
What is XPediCare?
XPediCare is an online telehealth service that connects you with a licensed healthcare provider for many common, non-emergency health concerns. You can complete your visit from home and, when medically appropriate, receive a prescription without making a trip to an urgent care or doctor’s office.
What conditions can be treated through telehealth?
XPediCare can help with many common health concerns, including coughs and colds, flu symptoms, allergies, sore throats, earaches, pink eye, urinary problems, rashes, dental pain, and more. Medication refills for certain non-controlled medications may also be available. If you’re unsure whether your concern can be treated virtually, you can ask an XPediCare provider.
How do I start a telehealth visit?
Getting started is simple. Click Start a Visit to access XPediCare, create your account, and provide information about your health concern. Your visit will then be completed using XPediCare’s secure telehealth platform, with a licensed healthcare provider reviewing your information and determining the appropriate next steps.
Can prescriptions be sent to Warren’s Drug Store?
Yes. If your XPediCare provider determines that a prescription is medically appropriate, it can be electronically sent to Warren’s Drug Store for filling. XPediCare does not prescribe DEA-controlled medications.
