When you enroll, we look at where each of your prescriptions currently sits in its cycle and do one short fill to bring them into alignment. After that, everything refills together on the same date each month. You are only charged for what you receive during the alignment fill.
A few days before each sync date we call to check whether anything has changed: a new prescription, a dose adjustment, something your doctor stopped. Then we fill the whole set at once and let you know it is ready. Sync pairs naturally with delivery, in which case you do not make the trip at all.
